Escape the city bustle and embark on a scenic 11km riverside run within Lane Cove National Park. This route follows the picturesque shores of Lane Cove River, offering a delightful blend of natural beauty and urban convenience.

Description:
Starting Point: Begin your run at Chatswood Park, where convenient parking is available.
Riverside Walk Exploration: Head towards the Lane Cove Riverside Walk trail. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the riverbank, admiring the gnarled red gum trees and unique rock formations. Keep an eye out for interesting caves along the way.
De Burghs Bridge Crossing: Reach De Burghs Bridge and enjoy the scenic transition as you cross the river.
Return Journey: Continue your run along the opposite bank of the river, following the Riverside Walk trail back to Chatswood Park.

Public restrooms and water fountains are available at various locations throughout the park, particularly near park entrances and car parks.
