“I launched DOSE Running to share my passion for running, and to help others find the joy in it. I was also frustrated at the level of coaching available to novice and recreational runners, typically coached by enthusiastic or elite runner’s who often base their approach off their own personal experience and lack the sports science knowledge to apply and adapt the sports science to the less experienced runner”

‘dose’ is a prescription of exercise, and we’re all about helping you find your optimal dose.
Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins are our naturally occurring healthy and happy hormones. They are further nurtured by our actions and environment! DOSE Running supports this on all fronts, from social connection, enjoying nature and simply moving our bodies.
