Pain in the Domain is one of the oldest informal running groups in Sydney. It has out-survived the first tech boom, the GFC and Covid-19 and there are many reasons why.
It is a weekly running group that meets every Tuesday at 12:50pm in the Domain in the city. The course is a 5.5km fartlek style run which takes you through some of the sights of Sydney – the Botanical Gardens, to the Opera House, the First Fleet Stairs and back to the start. It is free and there are a number of run leaders who will take each group at varying levels of abilities.
