Boondall Wetlands Bikeway (Signature Route):
Distance: 5 miles (out and back)
Start/Finish: Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre
Description: This popular route offers a scenic 5-mile out-and-back journey. Enjoy stunning views of the wetlands as you run alongside the marshy terrain.
Highlight: Stop at the Anne Beasley Lookout (3.5km from the start) for breathtaking panoramas of the wetlands and Moreton Bay.
Connection: The Bikeway eventually connects with the Kedron Brook Bikeway (refer to our guide for details).
Alternative Start Point:
Location: Nudgee Beach Reserve
Options:
Tabbil-ban dhagun Boardwalk: A 1.5km loop offering a different perspective of the wetlands.
Nudgee Road: Run along Nudgee Road to connect with the Kedron Brook Bikeway for an extended route.
Facilities:
Both start points (Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre & Nudgee Beach Reserve) provide picnic and toilet facilities.
Note that only the Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre offers water access.

Be aware of potential wildlife encounters while running on the trails.
