Description:
Starting Point: Begin your run at Sydney Town Hall.
Pyrmont Bridge & Darling Harbour (3 km): Take the pedestrian-only Pyrmont Bridge, leading you to the Australian National Maritime Museum. Enjoy the wonderful path weaving around the various quays and wharves of Darling Harbour and Pyrmont Bay.
Pirrama Park & Anzac Bridge (5 km): After roughly 3km, you’ll reach Pirrama Park. Prepare to cross the Anzac Bridge at the 5km mark. The bridge offers a dedicated path suitable for running, although it’s quite high up.
Blackwattle Bay & Glebe Foreshore (8 km): The next 3km unveil a lovely path along Blackwattle Bay, guiding you towards the Glebe Foreshore parks. This dedicated path offers scenic bay views and passes through Jubilee Park Playground.
Note:
Public restrooms and water fountains are readily available throughout the route, particularly near parks and harbor areas.
Consider using a GPS app, especially if you plan to explore beyond the main waterfront paths.
Be aware of pedestrian traffic, especially on the Pyrmont Bridge and popular harbor areas.
