Description:
Starting Point: Begin your run at Shelly Beach.
Shelly Beach to Manly Beach (2 km): Embrace the scenic beauty as you run along the paved Marine Parade path, following the coastline for 2km towards Manly Beach.
Manly Beach & Lagoon (optional beach running) (3 km): Continue on the waterfront path alongside Manly Beach. Alternatively, feel free to run directly on the soft sand for a more immersive beach experience. You’ll then cross Manly Lagoon via Bridge Road.
Bridge Road to Freshwater Beach (optional beach running) (4 km): This section on Bridge Road is slightly hilly and involves some stairs. You can choose to run along the beach at Freshwater Beach if you prefer.
Local Roads or Beach to Curl Curl Boardwalk (4.5 km): Utilize local roads or continue running on the beach to reach the Curl Curl Boardwalk.
Curl Curl Boardwalk & Beach (5 km): Enjoy the final 0.5km along the scenic Curl Curl Boardwalk, leading you directly to Curl Curl Beach. Take some time to relax and appreciate the vastness of the beach, or even go for a refreshing swim (conditions permitting).

Public restrooms and water fountains are available at various locations along the route, particularly near beaches and parks.
