Begin your journey at the South Barwon Reserve, a vast open space. The paved, off-road trail winds alongside Waurn Ponds Creek, offering a peaceful escape from the urban environment. Enjoy the surrounding parkland as you make your way through Belmont and Grovedale. The trail concludes at the Waurn Ponds Plaza, conveniently located near the Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre.

The route is exposed, so be prepared for wind.
Restrooms are available at the start (South Barwon Reserve) and finish (Waurn Ponds Plaza) points.
The route can be enjoyed as a round-trip journey. If you choose the Waurn Ponds Plaza as your turnaround point, the return leg offers a gentle downhill slope.
