Our Picks:
East-West Trail (Moderate, 4km): This popular route offers stunning views as it circumnavigates Flinders Peak, the park’s highest point. It starts at the Turntable carpark and is a good option for runners seeking a challenge.
Branding Yard Trail (Easy, 5km out and back): A more relaxed route that’s perfect for an easier run or a warm-up.
Note:
The trails can be rocky and may involve some scrambling over rocks.
Some sections are exposed, offering scenic views but limited shade, so be prepared for hot weather conditions in summer.
Wear proper footwear with good grip.
Facilities:
Toilets and picnic facilities are available throughout the park.
Park Hours:
7:00am to 5:00pm (outside daylight savings)
7:00am to 6:00pm (daylight savings)
Finding the Start:
The Turntable carpark, the starting point for our suggested loop, can be found by following the one-way Turntable Drive upon entering the park from Branch Road.
