The Belair National Park parkrun is a free, weekly, 5km event that is open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience.

Here is some key information about parkrun:

It is held every Saturday morning
It is a timed event over 5km, but there is no pressure to finish quickly
Participants can run, jog or walk the course

The course is at Belair National Park, Belair and is run entirely on trail paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place
