The Canning River parkrun is a free, weekly, 5km event that is open to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience.

Course Description

The course is in Canning River Regional Park, Cannington and is run entirely on concrete paths.

Great community, great course and good vibes !

I love how they ask if it’s your first time and they celebrate you for being there!
Participants range from kiddos in prams to people with more wisdom. You can walk , roll, crawl or you can go for a 15min PB.

Don’t even get me started with the scenery, you run along canning river and finish up at the weir! Coffee and nature what more can you ask for!
