Visiting from the UK, I found this to be a magnificent parkrun run entirely on flat grass fields. I gather it can get quite wet and muddy at times but it was dry underfoot on my visit. Most of the route was tree-lined. There are few other facilities in the park but that just made the run even better as there were no distractions to the lush greenery. Very friendly and welcoming fellow runners and volunteers. I’ve done more than 280 parkruns worldwide and this is my no.1.
