Southside Running encourages men and women of all ages & abilities to get out and run.
Our morning runs cater for those who like to run with like minded people.
We vary the courses each week so you will run road mainly and the occasional trail – at many different locations. I also highly encourage a parkrun on a regular basis.
Oh and did I mention we always start and finish at a coffee shop?
