Queens Park is located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, adjacent to Centennial Park.
The park is a natural amphitheatre at the foot of sandstone cliffs and features a number of playing fields on its interior. The perimeter is a undulating 2.2km loop along grass and shared paths which is a popular extension to runs at Centennial Park, with the city skyline visible in the background.
The safest place to cross from Centennial to Queens Park is at the traffic lights at Avoca Street, near the Darley Street pedestrian gates. There is on street parking along Darley Road.
